You’ll help customers drive digital innovation by:

    • Bringing UX skills and product expertise to our largest and most strategic customers and advise and guide them how to maximize UX in their application portfolio and organization.
    • Translating business purposes and user needs into innovative and differentiating designs resulting into visually attractive, efficient and intuitive (mobile) user applications.
    • Communicating those designs to customers as well as your development team, not only sharing the results but also on why your designs came to be as they are.
    • Enabling our partners and customers by integrating UX in an Agile environment using product canvas, user journeys, mock-ups and great looking applications for our customers and prospect.
    • Inspiring and enabling our eco-system and developer community by developing and sharing valuable UI/UX content, patterns and best practices.
    • Working on multiple challenging agile projects simultaneously in which your part-time contribution is key to success.

You’re the innovator needed if you have:

    • Relevant higher education in user interaction design, graphical design or product design.
    • Proven work experience as a UX designer, ideally within an Agile environment.
    • Experience in designing mobile friendly websites and web based applications.
    • Demonstrated experience building UX deliverables such as wireframes, design mockups, flow charts, functional specifications, and style guides.
    • Expert knowledge of best practices in user interaction design, visual representation of complex data, information architecture, and user interface conventions as applied to complex business applications.
    • A solid understanding of HTML, CSS and Bootstrap with proven Photoshop or Illustrator experience.
    • Basic understanding of JavaScript is a pro.

Web Designer

Salary: €150 - €300 per day | Location: Rome

Job Title: Web Designer

Job Type: Contract

Location: Rome / Remote

Pay Rate: €300.00 Per Day on site €150.00 Per Day remote.

We are currently looking for a Web Designer (Multilingual Applications) – For a fantastic Contract opportunity based in the historical city of Rome Italy.


Under the general supervision of the Project Manager and Project coordinator, and in technical cooperation with the Liferay Development Team the consultant is responsible for various duties related to adapting the company’s portal to support all official languages (English, Spanish, French and Arabic). Specifically, the consultant will:

  • Analyse possible front-end design and usability requirements for all of the official languages.
  • Upgrade the website designs to be compatible with all the official languages and to be coherent with each other.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with guidelines, based on Bootstrap and compatible with Liferay.
  • Provide HTML and CSS versions of the updated designs
  • Work cooperatively with team members, key stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Contribute to documentation of the site design.
  • Any other web design duties as required


Education and experience:

  • A university degree in, Web Design, Visual Communication, or related fields is desired.
  • At least 5 years of relevant web design experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of designing for multilingual applications or sites where Arabic was a mandatory language.

Technical/functional competencies:

  • Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite skills
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
